MS-HR Consulting Approach

Our consulting methodology is structured, transparent, and client-centric. We adapt the depth of each phase to the complexity and scope of the engagement.

The 5-Phase Model

Diagnose ──► Design ──► Develop ──► Deploy ──► Sustain

Phase 1: Diagnose

Goal: Understand the current state — people, processes, and structures.

Activities:

  • Stakeholder interviews (C-level, HR leaders, employees)
  • Document and data review (org charts, HR KPIs, policies)
  • Benchmarking against industry standards
  • As-Is process mapping

Deliverable: Diagnostic Report with key findings and prioritized opportunities.

Phase 2: Design

Goal: Define the target state and solution architecture.

Activities:

  • Co-creation workshops with client team
  • Solution options and trade-off analysis
  • Business case development
  • Change impact assessment

Deliverable: Solution Blueprint (approach, timeline, budget, risks).

Phase 3: Develop

Goal: Build the interventions, tools, and materials.

Activities:

  • Process design and documentation
  • HR technology configuration
  • Training material development
  • Pilot planning

Deliverable: Pilot-ready solution package.

Phase 4: Deploy

Goal: Implement the solution with managed change.

Activities:

  • Phased rollout (pilot → scale)
  • Change management and communication
  • Training delivery
  • Hypercare support period

Deliverable: Go-live confirmation + hypercare report.

Phase 5: Sustain

Goal: Embed the changes and ensure lasting impact.

Activities:

  • KPI measurement and reporting
  • Lessons learned session
  • Knowledge transfer to client team
  • Optional: retainer/continuous improvement agreement

Deliverable: Impact Report and optional ongoing support agreement.

Principles

  • Co-creation over prescription — client teams build ownership by being involved
  • Evidence-based — recommendations backed by data, not opinion
  • Fit for purpose — no one-size-fits-all; solutions match the client's maturity
  • Sustainable change — we design for adoption, not just delivery
